Lady Gaga has announced that her third LP, which is titled ARTPOP, will be released on November 11. The eccentric singer who is recovering from recent hip surgery, will release the first single off ARTOPOP on August 19. The album will be accompanied by an app, which has been described as "a musical and visual engineering system that combines music, art, fashion and technology."
