The former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha is a free man, he was alleged to have been the master mind behind the killing of the late Kudirat Abiola, the wife of the late M.K.O Abiola. He was acquitted today by the Court of Appeal in Lagos on appeal. He was earlier sentenced to death in January 2012.
