NEW MUSIC:Murder Dem by Jesse jaggz

Jesse Jagz, real name Jesse Garba Abaga was born August 10, 1984 in Jos, Plateau.   As a member of the choir he learned to play the drums, where his love for music soon morphed into the production of beats. He put together his first successful band, which became a huge success in Jos. In 2004, he hooked up with his brother M.I and HUB STUDIOS was born. Together they produced and recorded music, catching the attention of Chocolate City Record Label Executives. By 2006, Jesse started a solo career with a debut-hit which remained #1 on CoolFM for several months. Between 2006 and 2007, he had three songs – –simultaneously dominating the Top 10 charts on Cool FM, RayPower FM and Rhythm FM, becoming street anthems in and around the Northern parts of Nigeria. After his first release, Jagz took a break from the front of the mic. to focus on developing his production skills, which he showcased in the much acclaimed, multiple award winning album, by Ice Prince Zamani.  His production credits have since grown to include Grammy awarding winning Les Nubians, M.I, Brymo, Modenine, Dare Art Alade, Silver Saddih, Banky W, and a host of others. Often referred to as the Kanye West of Nigeria’s music scene because of his flirtatious experimentation with different genres of music, Jesse Jagz is a staple to be familiarized with.
